t20 must buy above 200k only

If compare using CarBase, there are some notable differences.

- 5 year Unlimited mileage warranty instead of 150,000 km
- Scheduled service in Toyota instead of Perodua service centres
- Wider tyres
- Stock rims larger by 1"
- *Daytime running lights (DRL)
- Climate control instead of manual A/C
- Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay instead of wired only
- 30 mm additional ground clearance
- Additional exterior chrome bits here and there
- More subdued but matured interior color choice
- Telescopic steering

The RM20k difference is somewhat justified. However, none of those points above will significantly affect the driving and ownership experience. I'd say that the DRL is the biggest feature I will miss, and yet this problem already has a solution through the bodykits.

Better still, just avoid both if he/she is truly T20 and can afford more expensive cars. Not many choices if he/she insists on a 7-seater though. I could only name these few:

- CX-8 higher variants with the complete ADAS suite including ACC
- Santa Fe
- Tiggo 8 Pro (pricing not available yet)

The gist of the thread is veloz vs alza from what I can see. Rest is just personal flavouring to the thread. None really matters.

Veloz(5+2 seater) - for family of 4 and doesn’t like bigger car

In short the above doesn’t click and has nothing to do with peer pressure, family of 4 and T20 but more towards that TS wanted to show to the world on his justification of getting veloz over alza that’s all.

exactly. actually there are many ninja T5 (i created this term lol) that are silently rich. they drive regular cars, live in average houses and nobody will know. these are the true T5 ninjas. they dress like regular auntie and uncles, eat at mamak shops at roadsides. nobody bats an eye.

but when they walk over to your property sales booth and revealed their capability to pay cash on several units, then u know you just met a ninja T5....

Because it is a Toyota. T for T20, T for Toyota?
