QUOTE(Deathscythe@@ @ Nov 3 2022, 01:14 PM) Dear Sifu, Is Toyota Veloz suitable for T20 (Manager level)? My friend planned to buy New Alza but then feel her colleague will comments a lot so wanted to buy Toyota Veloz. But I feel the both cars suitable to T20 group as well... Furthermore, the waiting time for New Alza also much more longer than Toyota Veloz now. Please advice. The outgoing Toyota Avanza was last priced between RM 77,963 to RM 84,848 and was imported (CBU) from Indonesia. When the all-new Veloz arrives, prices won’t stray too far off the outgoing model’s price, so stay tuned for that. The all-new Veloz will be locally-assembled (CKD) by ******* Perodua ****, as the all-new Alza will be a sister model to the Veloz. https://www.wapcar.my/news/41050rwd-toyota-...hing-soon-41050So special?

QUOTE(_Zephyre_ @ Nov 3 2022, 04:10 PM) You (or your friend) will probably need to reconsider the reasons behind this car purchase. Objectively, the Perodua Alza will give much better value for the money. Unless the job demands it for whatever reason, trying to prove your income/social class based on the car you drive just sounds like a sad case of misplaced priorities - especially since both models being considered are meant to be affordable, value-for-money people movers. Everyone has their own financial appetite/commitments, there's nothing really wrong with owning a car that's perceived as less fancy compared to their peers. T20 no need to think about "value of money". Just buy this - new launch - https://www.lowyat.net/2025/356923/mercedes...-from-rm958888/

QUOTE(FlamingFox @ Jun 30 2025, 10:08 PM) It's been 2.5 years since this thread created, what happened in the end? just got a black Veloz and lovin' it. Go test drive a Alza and Veloz at their showrooms, then ask and test out all the different features in the car, then baru u decide yourself laa.. don't let others influence u too much. u should know if get Toyota quality sure better lor. After sales price also sure better. (I just sold my 7 yrs Sienta to them also for 40k, could get higher if I go through Carsome but I lazy). Just make sure u drive properly also and not like jakun.
