volte yes, but 5g perhaps only have that choice, he didn't show it with 5g signal yet.

Ey, that's good news. As for 5G, I also have it as option in my 30 Pro - but it's not like I have coverage here..

So I suppose.. all those people complaining to Google worked? I mean if Xiaomi can do it no problem why not Google themselves..

5g is another story it is all about testing with DNB network ... but then again i tested it on my P6 with the sw mod and root it work flawlessly and can even get 500+ at times

but seems even though VoLTE work there still no option to enable VoWiFi

I'm pretty sure it's Google who region locks 5G like they did with VOLTE

Glad that Volte supported out of the box on Pixel7. no need to root and do manual update every month anymore
I don't care much about 5G, will turn it off anyway.. any less useful feature that's gonna drain my phone battery, I will turn off

Hrnng starting to feel I should just get the vanilla 7, since it seems volte for the big 3 works fine. But prolly should wait till Dec, or till Sing units are available, methinks..

The 7 is good enough i think ... but then again there are seller are bringing in SG sets already .. like 2 of the youtuber got SG set they say

yup only volte/vowifi is crucial, e.g during map navigation and call coming in, then directly drop to 2g

While VoLTE support is essential, i do rely on vowifi because the coverage here is really terrible. Oh yea, this is in Putrajaya while some kampung area had better than this 🤣

Yea I dont really zoom stuff that much, plus I never liked those curved displays. And of cos, the diff in price is too much for me to justify lol, I'm not /k standard 20k salary.

Are there sellers with SG sets already? I do have.. my sister in law working there at the moment..

Edit : Apparently if direct convert, the SG units are more expensive than what, say, shiro is offering? Lol.

SG is the strongest currency yet in this region so direct convert will make it expensive
i think either TW or JP set is cheaper

even the seller in MY is selling a bit higher do to the service looking at around 3.5k for the entry model

I do see some JP sets in Shopee. I wonder if it would be different.. in terms of volte support..

I am using p6 US set, it will be the same just the p6 dont have volte out of the box yet
unless u want dual sim ... i dont think us set has dual sim .. but still can use esim + nano sim

and make sure US global set ... not the US telco sets

It will only have shutter sound that cant be disable
in term of hardware will be the same
