Looking to downgrade from a S23 Ultra to a Pixel 7 (Non Pro). Only concern really is the 5G (Which has been mostly answered above, I'm on Maxis), and battery life.

Was anyone able to get at least a full day battery life on the Pixel 7?

If you cannot go through one day on S23U, then P7 (non Pro) will likely not make it for you.

No problems with the S23U really. But it's too expensive of a phone with what I have subjected it too. And I recently damaged the display. Thought of selling it after I got it repaired.

S23U, I can make it a full day no problem. Just downgrading because I don't want to continue abusing a much more expensive phone.

pixel is known for poor battery life, better don't use it if it's a critical point for you.

Even on the 7 Pro it's hard to get a full day battery life especially if you're out and about using mobile data instead of wifi
Unless you don't use the phone but what's the point of it

I keep seeing on reddit/fb group where ppl are claiming to get 7-8 hours of SOT but not sure how do they achieve it

For non pro, don't! Strictly don't.

For pro, I can't comment but I still won't recommend.

Pixcel 7 Celcom VoWiFi hack using Shizuku, the setting does not stay if you uninstall Shizuku and reboot.

Shizuku is interfering with UOB TMRW app, as UOB TMRW app refuses to run if it detected Shizuku install and running.

Any workaround?

Enable multiple users and create a new user just for UOB TMRW, that way UOB can't detect shizuku is installed.
or you can install shizuku + Pixel IMS in the new user, but I am not sure if the setting will stay when switching user

Thanks for the help.

Shizuku stopped after switch profile and Pixel IMS no longer detect that Shizuku is running.

VoWifi in the original owner profile still available until device reboot.

What about on S23U? Does this mean creating a work profile?

Is kinda of annoying... UOB moved most of its functions to the App and yet wants to do this.

never used samsung before but you can just search for "users" or "multiple users" in your settings app
work profile could work too

If for Google PLAY (and Google stuffs in general), yes you add SC cards to effect payment.

But for Google PAY (contactless payment purpose) - No.

So far I've been using PBB CC through my Google Wallet. Everything working like a charm so far so good, even used it in BKK earlier this year. Just make sure the CC that you apply for allows you to link to Google Wallet, just check with the bank for details.
