The htc is nearer to the kingsley hill bungalows than to Serasi block 3. The KJ lrt line near paramount stn, there are a few landed hses the htc tower is right in front😵‍💫🥴.

So far i think no evidence to prove htc's affect on our health but better be safe than sorry so its up to individual belief on the safe distance🫠

Yeah.. Those bungalows are crazy close to the HTC and the plant.
I thought according to law, there is a minimum requirement to the htc...
That area always look like ghost town to me. Wonder if anyone actually buy and stay there..

Fun fact: You can try to measure radiation inside your house vs outside. Inside might have higher radiation cause of all the electronics we using.

Got info that 10 units 2 storey shoplots recently sold in putra avenue, price around 1.2m. Developer not sdp as they sold it via tender. Shoplots very laku in ph even though that location not so desirable

Serasi shoplots open for sale nxt friday. Thursday bod n staff will sapu 1st- i think not much chance for public to get a unit🙄🫨😲
