I guess d top floors buyers of block 1 will get carparks at level 3 & 5 of carpark building as they can take linkbridge to block 1 without d need to take lift in carpark building after they park their cars?

About the carparks too not sure. I got my level 5 carpark while I’m at block 1 floor 5. So yeah not sure how the SDP team assigned the carparks.

At least my carpark can access by just by walking down/up 2 floor staircase if the lifts are busy. Same goes to podium just 1 floor up.

Yes your level 11 block 3 unit i think should be more expensive than the block 1 level 11 unit, that is why that unit's cp at lvl 6?

Can share how best yr package? Maybe near htc thats why sdp give best package?

Not sure about the prices for block 1.

I got more than 10% discount, 2 free aircons, some other freebies I can't remember.

My unit is further away from the htc, close to block 2, facing the hill towards Kingsley.
I think you won't be able to see the htc unless you come out to the balcony.
