my samm unit at block 2 main structures are already up (above my unit level).......time to pay the next progressive payment of 10% very soon.

my daughter's unit at block 3 still at lower main structures works only.

think block 2 will be first to build up the main structures as this block located at the rear of this development, before the rest of the building..........just my personal 2 sen opinion.

Spa should be within a month from spa date, maybe around 2 months after u sign.

Loan agmnt will take a bit longer ard 4-5 months. U hv not got yours bro?

No leh. SPA signed during the 1st open day and loan agreement in early August. Both also still no updates from the law firm.

When did u sign your spa bro? Normally hv to stamp it within a month after signing, unless they dont date it 1st. Better chase yr lawyer for it
