Agent contacted me for the SAMM unit as I applied in LPHS
Now still thinking whether to proceed as originally I was queuing for other PJ SAMM unit. However there is no status change after 1-2 years so I changed to Serasi for fun.
Now still comtemplating to proceed, as I did not expect them to approve so quickly.

The cheaper one is 250k, if I'm not mistaken there's one also at Shorea Park.
