 Hardened Belly Fat

Is there such thing as hardened belly fat?

Because for the past one month, almost every day I did walking on the treadmill
But I didn't seems to lose much weight.

Anyway to force these belly fat to be released from my belly? Please help, I need to slim down.

But there is such a thing as putting in substandard effort expecting miraculous results.

do you start tracking your steps? just continue walking till you can consistently hit 100k steps a week (~14k a day)

List out the food you eat daily...and we shall know where the fat comes from and how it should be dealt with. Walking alone won't do it.

Belly fat is the last to burn in the body. You cannot target spot to burn fat.

Walking is not good enough to burn belly fat. Do some high intensity exercises to make your heart pumping and burn fat.

and lastly only abs

six packs hard to get

but no gip up and keep it up ma pren

do resistance training and cardio

walking burn very little calories unless you walk long distance which isn't time efficient

May hurt my thigh and legs if overdo walking, the tendon and ligament may be stretched

reduce carbs and sugar intake
go for more greens, nuts, protein. white meat
remove deep fried dishes from ur menu.. do this for at least 2 months i promise u will got difference

dont forget to continue ur exercise..

if u rajin use calorie calculators.. male should have atleast 2.5kcal per day if not mistaken.. eat lesser then that

You have high visceral fat. That is fat inside your body, wrapping around your organs. Your stomach feels hard because you might not have a lot of subcutaneous fat and then all the visceral fat is pushing your belly out.

Only real way to reduce excessive visceral fat is through your food. Cutting off smoking and drinking alcohol would be the easiest start

U need to atleast run fast 3 min than walk 5 min than repeat cycle for the next 1 to 2 hour, every day, I did this before covid, and i lost almost 10kg, now no will power, sembang kencang hari2 dlm diri sendiri

This fat is the hardest to burn. Requires a lot of effort, proper food diet, and consistency too. Not like exercise for one month, see got no effect then become lazy already....

My un-tested own theory... if it took consistent unhealthy lifestyle for X number of years to be unfit. then it will take consistent healthy life for X number of years to be fit.

Oolong tea... get the good quality ones... whole leaves... not sticks and broken bits tea...

drink everyday... throughout the day... can throw in 1/2 slices of lemon is you want...
less than 1 month will see your belly area reduce...

At what pace ?
At what incline level ( slope ) ?

Besides walking, do some light cardio too that will make your heartbeat up and pump faster. You need this to burn calories more effectively.

I lost 10kg in 2 mth time. Its the food you take. I went low carb or 1 small handful of rice for dinner, oat for lunch, once a week have cheat day. I walk daily 3km, and weekend abt 5 km.
