reduce carbs and sugar intake
go for more greens, nuts, protein. white meat
remove deep fried dishes from ur menu.. do this for at least 2 months i promise u will got difference

dont forget to continue ur exercise..

if u rajin use calorie calculators.. male should have atleast 2.5kcal per day if not mistaken.. eat lesser then that
