watching horror movie for nudity, hot chicks, fondle girlfriends....i concur ...cannot argue on that

There was a newspaper report a few days ago interviewing the director. It was in the Star if i remember correctly.

He said something along the lines of

Does that answer some questions now? These vampires aren't supposed to be like the ones in most other movies, or even anime for crying out loud. I guess most of us are too used to seeing "civilized" vampires, and seeing these guys go wild becomes a shock to them. These guys are vicious killers who want blood, that's it.

i know it's Hollywood and all, but having girls gone wild in Alaska is a bit pushin' it doncha' think?

that's what happen when a healthy adolescence with raging hormon don't get enuf porn in their daily life...they have the tendency to sexed up everything they see/watch/look...and yes, last time vampire movie always have the element of nudity...

they almost show the girl and the 2 pipeline workers doing a gangbang but one of them got nabbed by the Vampires...

u guys really miss the old vampire movies eh? i remember one called Embrace of The Vampire. had Alyssa Milano in it. yeah that one was pretty scary..

that time i was really into vampire movies...vampires doing "it" (either among themselves or soon to be victims) interest me more than watching scenes featuring normal human...

LOL, u watch this movie only to expect nudity scene?

I watched it yesterday, quite scary but I don't think this movie is logic after all. And the last fight is so....not thrilling. And can anyone explain to me why the heck they want to go to the big factory-like place?

i missed the first 5-10 minutes of the show...
when i entered the cinema, the female actress' car was broke down and can't make it to airport for the last flight.

oh well, why the vampire wanna attack the village?

where the vampire gone after sunrise? Its not like they have place to hide...

maybe hide in the cave or some places else, the story is boring loh, not interesting at all, i rather watch 1408 better that this movie!

i give this 3 out of 5.... story quite ok only..... but josh harnett played a good role...... and the girl also.....

but somehow i hav many question to ask after i watch this movie.....

1. how they come and how they hid before that? why they now baru attack the place? ... they said waited for a long time.....

2. why josh harnett killed the black guy while he almost turn into vampire instead of giving him a task as a lure or something? waste lo~.....

3. how come other ppl come out after the vampires leave?

4. why the stupid vampires scare of josh harnett after he killed the boss? then where they go? weird

but i feel good when josh harnett fight with the boss, kick the boss ass..... haha... but die so easily..... i like 2 character, one is the one who bomb himself after he crash some vampires with his crane.... and josh harnett .... inject himself with the blood...... hoho~

this movie freak me out at some scene really, i mean it come so sudden with the sounds..... but i'm ok with that..... jz shocked..... quite worth to watch, no regret

They needed to get to a "safe" building that was solid enough, and had a generator with power so they could survive until sunrise. The vampires did, but like the people said, the attic they hid in was well concealed.

If you pay attention to the subtitles, the vampires say something along the lines of (read spoiler)

I know, I can't remember what exactly they said, but its something like that.
They need food, they find a way to get food, they get food.
End of story.

It's called "30 days of night" because there is no direct sunlight for 30 days. The vampires don't have to go anywhere because there is no sunlight to kill them. The "Light" you see during "daytime" in the movie is reflected sunlight, which does nothing to them.

I mean, where they hide after the 30days...

Why they never show how his bother escape from the vampire... i thought there are something behind it since the crazy guy said they (the vampire) chosen him (the brother) or something...

I guess thats one of the plot holes which was never explained.
And how was the dirty guy who got thrown into jail related to the vampires? How come the vampires didn't kill him when they went for the guy's brother and grandmama?

Well, i think there's is sequel to tis movie.

-How the hell did Billy survive that many days in the house? I guess the vampires weren't serious about their job
-You-know-who can smell blood, but the rest of the vampires can't
-The vampires can catch up with a Chevrolet, but they can't catch up with Josh Hartnett
-How did Gail survive that long alone??
-Where did Marilyn Manson go at the end? I thought he was chasing Billy and Eben?

lolx this movie = gross. closed my eyes most of the time. haha. went to watch for the sake of my bf coz he liked this kinda movie very much
