Spoke to Apple directly via phone, after 2 hours on the line being transferred around, finally the senior supervisor/ manager took over the case and told me he saw those pics and he would personally return it if its his unit, scratches are obvious and absurd, he reassured me they will contact maxis to issue a replacement. He said Maxis is not their accredited resellers like Machines/ Switch etc, they are third party so it will take a while. He will go directly to maxis's dispute team, which handle cases like these, and get them to send instruction to the stores directly to issue replacement. I'm expecting 2-3 weeks for these...

Estimated delivery in system showed 06/10 - 11/10.

Just called apple CS, was told my unit delivery now changed to 09/10- 12/10.

I'm also totally forget on my last yr exp... where i also did bought from Celcom... Celcom did open PO but with lower rate plan on the 3rd Day of PO, which i took..
After reading back last yr exp last Fri morning.. i actually did contact celcom to cancel my 15P PO with them thinking that better for me to wait who knows the same lower rate gonna be offered by Celcom on Sunday... But somehow my gut tell me that what will happen if celcom didnt follow last yr offer.. i might missed out the free goodies & received my 15P much2 later... so i decided to contact celcom again on Fri eve to cancel back my cancellation.. which in the end become a win situation (so far) since the same rate plan are being offered by celcom.. not sure in future week or month..

Suggest the soon newly create thread for 1p16 to include summary of the current 15 PO exp... And to add the coming new Apple Store at TRX..

Sorry, just curious, which of these pictures is the actual Blue titanium colour for the iPhone 15 pro max? I have never seen a real unit before till date, so I am shocked when I see the different colours of the Blue titanium. Not that there is no Apple retailers here, just that I have never really gotten the time to visit one.

The secret is you have to keep calling and nagging Apple customer service like an old uncle/auntie. Then you will get it fast. 

Yes. You need to turn it on Optimized Charging. But being me, with ocd kicking in, I just wouldn't let my phone charge overnight. Even with the auto stop charging cable from MCdodo plugged in.  Though our Mcdodo spokesperson Benefon will claim otherwise.   
Maxis get their phones from Brightst**. Those who know would know. To me, its all their "karate" techniques to make returns and exchanges as difficult as possible so that you would give up. Usually there are not enough stocks to go around during launch so ... yeah....

some updates on my case- Apple called this morning to update, apparently its a common issue, he said from the report it shows Maxis has 20+ similar cases and reports, celcom digi all also got, but umobile has highest number of reports amongst all the Telcos..

my unit will be replaced on next batch which is Oct 13... so take note whoever ordered from Telcos, the next batch will be Oct 13.... after that will be Oct 18 yes only 5 days gap for next batch)... this info comes from Apple, so should be reliable i guess?

Well, now maxis contract also not worth it. I been buying direct Apple. tried Lazada, but went back Apple direct. Few days late also it’s fine. Don’t want to deal with reseller/AASP also.

Maybe by iPhone 16, Apple Store is open, can buy online and pickup in store. 

Not really, i think they will priority stocking to Telco. This which happened in Japan, fren order from store still waiting lisitng, but Telco all ready stock and full fill.

Based on all this info I’ve collected, it seems they ship out each batch weekly (this is just my best guess)
Batch 1 - last week
Batch 2 - this week
Batch 3 - 9 Oct onwards
Batch 4 - 16 Oct onwards
Batch 5 - 23 Oct onwards

Hopefully each subsequent batch gets smaller so wait time gets reduced too.

Btw I PO on 28 sept and am in batch 5. My friend PO last night and is in batch 8.

I did ask Switch when walk in stocks would be available, he said most likely next year 😱

So for the rest of the year have to just PO and wait…
