Anyhow it's a good price for the spec and close to stock Android. If someone is OK with all the pros and cons can go ahead and buy.
If you read again my previous post, you would know it is a general statement for reputable online sellers which I even mentioned (T&L, Monmar and Fast Tech).
I am confident because it happened to me in 2020 - when I purchased my Google Pixel 5 from T&L. It's not my first purchase from them but it was the first time I got a lemon unit.
Neither you or anyone can take away the good learning experience I had from claiming the warranty.
Would I want another experience? Absolutely not. But it took all my doubts away from buying online (note: from a reputable seller).
Though I agree with you that the process will take longer not because they are slow but logistics is something people should know.
I know you wouldn't understand because you've never bought any import set and it actually shows. And yeah, taking "risks" to save money is not for everyone.
Side note: Medium/big online sellers have physical offices in KL. It's an actual office with employees working as service reps and whatnot (not Lowyat style as what you might think).
I've seen the company and the people behind it with my own eyes. That is why I mentioned this is their bread and butter. You know, in any kind of service, one dissatisfied customer means 10. They are seriously attending to any issue. This is their job, not a sideline or part time work. I pity them if people start trolling just because they are against import selling.
