Not sure if I am doing this right.

So I switch on my new Iphone 14 PM and then use the 'transfer method' and now I have to download software update for iOS 16.1 and on my old iphone it shows 'Finish on new iphone" and shows "Keep this iphone near your new iphone while your information is transferred."

It looks like my new iPhone is updating to iOS 16.1 (4 hours remaining) and doing files transfer at the same time?

I haven't even connected my new Iphone to my home wifi yet and I am wondering how does it download the new iOS 16.1? No sim card in yet either

i just get a good news from machines that my order is being proceed, 3-7 working days, dunno is it real but, they said that they will start fulfill their order, sounds like they just got stock from apple

iOS uses Inertial Scrolling, and they were the very first to implement it.

After that, Android devices started to copycat iPhones on this feature, and they do so in various ways. I believe they cannot 100% copy it as Apple had patented the original Inertial Scrolling feature.

Anyway, I don’t see any issue with scrolling speed on the iPhone now. As you scroll long pages, just swipe your fingers fast repeatedly for the scrolling speed to increase exponentially. I find this way much more intuitive compared to the copycat (Android)’s methods of increasing the overall speed itself.


Fold 4 still too clunky to use as my main daily driver, bro. Having to baby it like mad honestly gives me unnecessary anxiety.

Not a hardcore android fan but had been using android for past 6 years, last used iPhone 5.
Got my phone on 8 Oct. So far using the 14PM have been okay, still getting used to the iPhone AOD and found that it is quite distracting compared to android AOD

The negative is the animation is quite slow compared to android but the user experience of UI and smoothness is good.
Battery life is best as this can easily whole days for my usage.
Unplug 6.30AM and reached home 7PM still have 50% average so far.

Thanks for sharing, interesting perspective to hear as ex-Android user. I tried it for a while in demo outlets, quite like the feeling and the IP14PRO fits just nice (not too big for my hand) but are just worried about adapting to IOS.

1. Miss modded app like modded whatsapp, there ios version but not stable ie no notification thinggy or drain battery fast.
2. Cant explore internal folder
3. Clipboard (need to use 3rd party app in ios, but still copy to clipboard not like android need to switch keyboard)

Other then that im fine, i impress with how IPM 14 battery last.

can, it supports any USB PD-compliant plug (no need to buy Apple plug to get fast charging) when used with Apple-certified cables (Made for iPhone). iinm iPhones can charge at 30w for first 20% then slow down to 20w until 80% then trickle charge to 100%

I was to and forth. Android user, then Iphone, back to Android and now Iphone. I think it is much easier to transist from Android to IOS than the other way round. You can customise like crazy in Android and sometimes, the system is not stable. But that is very much the way Android behave. It is thrilling for some 😊.

And also, many scam apps are only targeting Android users due to the vulnerability of Android allowing users to download, install and run external apps (APK files).

Many unaware Android users were scammed this way.
