Just wondering if there's any hardcore Android camp recently bought into IP14PRO / Max? How's your adapting so far?

Not a hardcore android fan but had been using android for past 6 years, last used iPhone 5.
Got my phone on 8 Oct. So far using the 14PM have been okay, still getting used to the iPhone AOD and found that it is quite distracting compared to android AOD

The negative is the animal is quite slow compared to android but the user experience of UI and smoothness is good.
Battery life is best as this can easily whole days for my usage.
Unplug 6.30AM and reached home 7PM still have 50% average so far.

Thanks for sharing, interesting perspective to hear as ex-Android user. I tried it for a while in demo outlets, quite like the feeling and the IP14PRO fits just nice (not too big for my hand) but are just worried about adapting to IOS.

Decided to jump onto the iPhone bandwagon after decade of Android fangirl / Apple hater tongue.gif

Bought IP14PRO 256GB / silver during 11.11 with lazada discount ~-rm150. Pretty fast delivery too, got it on Tuesday

Now just waiting for my screen protector to arrive before unboxing rclxub.gif

After using iPhone 14 Pro for slightly more than a week now (also with my Apple Watch 7) I can now understand why hardcore Apple users always talk about the ecosystems and "it just works" laugh.gif

The transition has been pretty smooth so far, minus a few hiccups or differential approaches taken by Apple here and there (nothing major) and have mostly been enjoying it rclxm9.gif

Camera's super good too!! No regrets so far switching camp even though I came from OnePlus family laugh.gif thumbup.gif

Before you know it, you'll be buying Apple Watch, iPad, Macbook etc next lol.

Hahahah I started the other way around first from M1 MacBook Air (they convinced an Apple Hater to give it a try due to awesome fanless design outperforming intel chips)

Now I have Mac + iPhone + iWatch and already thinking to buy AirPods Pro rclxub.gif

Still abit costly for a charging brick. Am looking for a multi charger for travels but this seem a bit over my budget biggrin.gif .

Im using Remax 3 port charging brick now but only one port has fast charging. The other 2 are 1A charging so its takes ages to charge my devices.

I got the GaN100w instead from taobao. Cheaper and just nice to meet all my charging needs for Mac/Laptop + IPhone + Iwatch whist still retaining the fast charging capability

Nice..But only one USB-A charging port.
*
Yeah but I don't use the USB A mostly, otherwise the wattage is not enough to upkeep fast charging for the 3rd port used by Apple Watch.

Port 1 Mac
Port 2 iPhone
Port 3 Watch
Port 4 emergency USB A to charge whatever random stuff XD

Hello r/k ! I'm torn between the following 2 options , buying an used iPhone 13PM 256GB , or a iPhone 14PM 256GB with telco price.

this would be my first iPhone, switching out from my OnePlus 7 Pro

Current market rate are :
13PM 256GB used = about rm4000
14PM 256GB new under telco contract (upfront) = rm4800

13PM 256GB new under telco contract (upfront) = rm4120

Feel like can't wait for the IP15Pro , 10 more months so long 🤣

Hello fellow oneplus 7 series user 👋🏻 i came feom 7t laugh.gif
I would probably just go with 14 pro irrespective for the new features, camera, and support for newer Bluetooth versions tongue.gif

Hello ! My OnePlus 7Pro start giving me issue like frozen screen 🥲 not to mention the WhatsApp camera ! Freezes and lag almost 70% of the time..

Which phone r u using rn ? I'm thinking to go for the Max version.. since it'll be the same size as my OnePlus7Pro
*
I went with 14 pro instead of the max af I find the previous oneplus 7t too large (which has same size with 14PM) for my hand especially one handed usage

Plus iphone is darn heavy (relatively compared to op)

Anyone faced this bug before where holding on lock screen does not trigger the edit lock screen option? Restarting and factory resetting did not solve the problem. No problems with other hold and press though.
*
Didnt face this, but definitely have to unlock the phone (basically it automatically unlocks with Face ID the moment I hold on lock screen. if the face id fails then it'll prompt passcode before allowing me to edit).
