Android Auto only available on AV, H doesn't have Android Auto.

Is AV variant and the infotainment is Clarion. There are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto inside. Tested with Oppo brand phone it work flawlessly. Tested two different Xiao Mi Phones both unable to detect, I am sure there is Android Auto insides the Xiao Mi Phone. Tried different cables as well as different USB default configuration settings. It seem not compatible also. I think it is a known issue. If search on internet regarding Xiao Mi Phone not work with Android Auto can get a lot of report cases from around the world. Posted here maybe some expert got the method to make it work.

When I picked up the car, the salesman directly told me (when showing the feature) don't bother to use smartlink, just connect HDMI is more reliable.

Spec wise vs money asked is very good,

From certain angle it looks nice, but from the side and back, the wheels are like too small, can suggest maximum wheel size to enhance the aesthetic? or maybe adding a side wheel arch would help.

Also any suggestion to up its 1.5 engine performance, keep within the tolerance of this D-CVT? can it withstand 200Nm to 220Nm torque ?

(empty car) 8 or 9 seconds 0km to 100km/h will be sufficient.

Any suggestion folks?

I think 9 or close to 10 second should be OK after seeing another thread mentioning an IS250 is close to 10 seconds, 0 to 100

1.5 turbo EarthDream engine able to do it, any possibility of modification to close that get this?

imagine all the latest features put on a reasonable sub 10 seconds car.

Alza 137Nm
Ativa 140Nm

They both use the same D-CVT from Daihatsu max load
150Nm only. YS Khong took the Alza for his Genting run also the gearbox warning light appeared, likely overheated.

This gearbox not meant for performance

I'm 178cm. It's not the most comfortable seat for taller people, really. But my driving style is not to lean back (learnt habit to keep aleart) above the small of my back, keep it straight, only use headrest for the back of head. For me even long drives haven't had issue, just don't have the 'comfort level' some foreign cars have in terms of padded support for back.

Suggest test sit in showroom of course, since this may vary based on your size (I'm 70+ kg, not very wide shoulders).

my height 164.. front seats are okay. Taller ppl not sure.

the rear seats are shorter. not so supportive on shoulders, need to move the headrest up for your head.

try go to showroom (if showcar avail) and try it.
