if price is your preference, the Toyo CR1 SUV is ok. For its wet grip, it is better than the Continental UC6 Suv. Own experience on 225/55/19

For 225 55 19 tyre for x70 is hankook vp4 suitable? Any other option for suggestion? Budget not more than 2.6k for 4 tyres

My usual mechanic is offering Toyo CR1 at RM200/tyre.

I changed cz got it FOC from members to Toyo Proxes CR1 Suv for x70 from Conti UC6. The impression, its similar in tire noise but has better traction in Wet vs UC6. But don't expect it to be grippy like the Michelin model.

If you are from Klang Valley, can head to Klang Jalan Kapar to shop for the tyre.

I recently changed to Michelin Primacy SUV 4+ same size like yours, total for 4 pieces is Rm2600 + RM37 for alignment (tarak free).

Other options from the same Klang tyre shop - price might chnaged already.

not mine...

not long.. get that person to change asap.. and unfortunately its gonna have to be a tire replacement as you cant patch that area..

some rando parked next to me... im quite observant... couldn't resist to snap a pix...

i think patching from inside may be possible but not with noodle/worm...

anyways is quite new ps4... maybe des why...

I would not be patching that area. That is very close to where loads are acting on the tire. Give it time, cracks will propagate from that area and can cause catastrophic failure of the tire.

I consider this scrubbing as harmless as there isn't any puncture going through a load-bearing structural belt or ply.
