true. original is natural one.. editing is to test the flexibility to adjust highlight & shadows..

Not bad. The non HDR output is like DSLR punya JPEG. A bit of noise and not tack sharp like modern phone.

How long roughly it takes to receive from.hk?

Prefer the non HDR picture but if HDR, prefer a milder form instead. Phones seem to apply excessive HDR effect with no adjustability.

From the pictures, highlights is absent in the HDR pic affecting the entire tonality of the image making it look really bland and flat.

Lighting of the pic kinda of challenging with all the colours washed out due to the glare (shooting against the Sun) so I think any editing wouldn't be able to bring out any nice vibrant colours from the scenery

Supposedly around 7-9 days, like my current Xperia 1 II also HK set, around 9 days but different seller iirc.

This time I pmed the seller, not sure whether it's bad luck or what. HK typhoon, shipment delayed, logistic also delayed, then warehouse circuit problem 2 days. Just now 5:05pm finally updated the status, will received by 22nd Oct.

yea.. u are right.. casual shoot in basic mode.. cant control HDR/Std as everything is auto.. else, switch to P mode (almost everything Programmed except ISO can be manual, then set DRO instead of HDR).. that one is much close to camera output..

yea.. that's why most modern phone camera output with aggressive HDR can be detected easily and looks flat.. if usually looks on mirrorless cam output then suddenly looks at smartphone HDR processing.. can detect it easily..
