Anyone interested to swap Xperia 1 V Style Cover with different colour? My platinum grey with your black or khaki green.

I planned to get a Xperia 1 V 256gb platinum silver later 10/10 but seems like out of stock everywhere. So I will get a black or khaki green later depends on anyone willing to swap. If not, I will just get black and wait.

why dont u go for 512gb?
izit any different between 512 with 256+sd card?
*
Because till now I still haven't fully utilise all 256gb on my 1 II. So I don't think I need 512gb yet.

As for that question, it depends on your needs.

1) If you have the budget and want the best speed, then go for 512gb.
2) If you want to save money and prefer portability, then you can go for 256gb plus sd card.
3) Of course if you have both the budget and prefer portability, then you can go for 512gb plus sd card.

* Portability as in you can take out the sd card and plug into desktop laptop to edit photo video, backup, etc...

Not only the RM120 store voucher, you can still add RM120 platform voucher. Go and look for 10% rebate voucher. It's under rebate now vouchers.

microSD have a limit.. e.g. it only allow video recording up to 4K30FPS.. any format higher than this like 4k60, 4k120fps.. from photo perspective, RAW, burst photos all will auto saved into internal..

if you use microSD, u can only put 1 SIM card.. if u need 2 SIM, you cannot put microSD.. =)

I thought so as well until I stumble upon this post in Reddit.

Reddit

Apparently someone manage to record 4k120 in SD card using a Samsung EVO 256 V30

As for the other question, unless you're using JP or Euro set, then you can use eSIM so can 2 Telco plus SD card too =)

How long roughly it takes to receive from.hk?
*
Supposedly around 7-9 days, like my current Xperia 1 II also HK set, around 9 days but different seller iirc.

This time I pmed the seller, not sure whether it's bad luck or what. HK typhoon, shipment delayed, logistic also delayed, then warehouse circuit problem 2 days. Just now 5:05pm finally updated the status, will received by 22nd Oct.

The sound from moving mechanical parts due to shaking is normal since Xperia 1 II iirc. You can even see the middle camera lens moving when opening or closing the camera app, it's the same.
