This seller here sucks. Agreed to buy 3 SGP iphone stuffs from him. Said ready stock. He answered ALMOST MOST of my questions. But when wanna cod, before meet up face 2 face. He said, ' I will give case straight away then leave"..Never even seen this kind of shitty seller before. Must have wanted to sell me fake or faulty cases and wanna leave as soon as possible. Then I ask him for 5 minutes of cod, he said no and if like this very troublesome go find other buyer. WTF is this? Even 5 minutes also cannot? I waited there for 20 minutes also never see him. But his price is also quite decent about rm20 off from normal price but it was me who quoted and he agreed. But good price also must come with good customer service. Not rude. My last reply was "Is this how you do business? First time?"

Yesterday night had work out a deal of swapping my Sony Xperia Zl 1 month old Ori Thorus set with his HTC Butterfly.

And we had an arrangement to deal at today 12pm in Subang, Giant and he will inspect the originality of this phone.

I had a last minute arrangement where i need to go to clinic so i whatsapp the seller that i cant reach ontime. He didnt reply.

But when i done my stuff i called him at 12:41pm and we agreed to meet up even though im late and i rush over to Subang from Cheras using Kesas Highway. Im feel not nice that i was late so i drive faster.

I reach infront of Giant at 1:05pm and i received a whatsapp msg from him saying he got another offer of other people buying his phone.

He ask me if i willing to top up but thats not part of the deal, if i were inform earlier that i need to top up i wouldnt had take up the deal.

He give me an answer that he haven confirm the deal with me and he need money to buy things.

I dont know how you guys look at this case but this really give me a lot of frustration of travelling over for nothing.

Sms me on 1/may/13 to ask about the 3ds then told him the details already second day 2/05/13 asked me (how do i pay?) then i asked him comfirm want buy or not if want then only i will give him my mbb no then he said (yes). After wait for few hour still no bank in then text him asked him still want the 3ds or not? If no then i sell other person already cuz got people text me to ask about the 3ds then he said (you want sell what cn i do) the i reply cause got ppl kept asking then if he comfirm want i can reserve for him then text back say (i want) then i reserve . next day suddenly text me again (so you reserve the 3ds for me?) i replied yes. Then after 1 week still no bank in. I text him on 10/05 asking him whether still want the 3ds or not then ask him when bank in then he say (next week... can wait a bit more?) i replied can but best b4 17/may because i need the money he replied (k). And now 17/may pass still no news. Text him on 20th/may and asked him still want or not and why that time say bank in last week but no bank and he din't even reply. If he had told me earlier that he don't want to buy liao i maybe already sold the 3ds already week ago! waste people time only!!

Involved in accident and yet still rushing me to deliver the laptop despite car is damaged. Apparently there are others buyer who is considerate to postpone the buying process until car was fixed and a lot of them COD without problems. Already inform you over phone to postpone the time but you the one that rushing me want the rigs.

There's even some of them who is good Samaritans, who willing to drive down from Kajang to meet somewhere convenient for me after my car had problem. Initially I reserve the unit for you, but after your spamming of offensive words and stuff on SMS, I think forget about it.

i called you 30 minutes before the deal time , and you said ok , i will be there at 7
i reached there at 6:58 and smsed you that i have arrived , no reply
i waited for 30 minutes and called you , but no reply , then i smsed and asked whether i should wait or not..... you did not answer , i waited till 8:10 then smsed you that it is not a good thing to make people wait .... and i mentioned if you can not come, you could have smsed me , i also came to the place you asked .....

i sent you in a pm the day after , asking why you have not come ...... you could have called or smsed saying that there was an accident....
although you were online a couple of times after i have sent the pm, you still did not reply to me ..... could have pmed me and said that you had an accident ..... i posted the complaint after you did not return my pm...... also may i know what offensive word i have used ?
if i have used offensive words then i apologize for that .
but if you answered my pm or smsed me that i had an accident , i would understand
lastly 3 months ago , i had an accident while cod for my iconia w500 but called the buyer and explained right after the accident .......

Dude, I picked up your call and told you I involved in accident and had to postponed. Not only you I explain to, another guy who were supposed to COD at the same location I also explain to edi and the guy somemore offer to come to Bkt Damansara to COD which is my workplace here after sympathetic of my car breakdown after accident.

2ndly, dude, You say I online, when was it? I was not in Msia for quite some time after the night of accident. If you were look at me and I'm online, how am I gonna online in 3rd world country of Ghana, maybe is someone used my workstation without signout.

3rdly, I did blast sms out to everyone whom I supposed to COD on the day and some of them replied my message and some even called up to ask for my condition. If SMS does not reached your cellphone, I am not held responsibility of it because that is telco problem, if everyone whom I supposed to meet; Receive my sms, why not you? Just curious.

I find your lack of understanding disturbing.

I was actually holding the unit with the thought coming back from my business trip can COD with you, but dude, your harsh accents, your offensive words in SMS? Do check that I have a couple of sales thread after that that I resell the laptop which was supposed to hold for you to someone else...

I never "no show" for COD, dude. No matter I'm at Klang and buyer in Malacca / From Kajang, I always reach there. I got traded a lot of unit of X201s successfully anyway throughout Semenanjung. Everyone that buy from me before / sell to me before can be my witness to be there right there no matter is rain, traffic jam, sick. Always.

Details of the complaint :

-SMS for dealing both accessories for Nexus 4 and iPad stuff
-After rounds of checking with stocks and appoint a date to COD, was appointed to meet @ Caltex 11am @ 6th April 2013
-Reached @ 10.53am, Message Buyer, No reply and no answer in phone calls, waited at least half an hour.
-Buyer Replied : JUST AWAKE later then, requested for another meet up or postage directly.
-Rounds of Negotiations again by suggesting to meet, no reply from buyer again.
-Finally buyer replied at night but mentioning he lost his iPad, only want the Nexus 4 stuff
-Deal was agreed by postage and requote of banking details again.
-Buyer goes MIA till today.

Conclusion :
- FFK once to COD
- FFK once again on posting
