So I told this guy that I wanted to buy his stuff and I'm needing it urgently as I don't have a phone in hand at the moment. We agreed on a price which is much much lower than his original price and he told me he will be in Timessquare and he has no transport to go any other place, so I drove from Subang to Timesquare to find him. When I reach there I couldn't find any public phones so I went to Low Yat to call him, he told me he didn't bring the package as the price was too low for him. I went home and couldn't find any message from him notifying me earlier.

Until now I still haven't receive any apology messages from him. He is seriously the most unsincere LYN member that I've ever met.

this item, monday 29/10/2012 , i called to juzsell aka bennie said i wanna buy, he said sunway area, i said i come now, that time was around 10pm, he asked me to wait another 30min then only come, he asked me reach at 11pm, ok i reached there, kfc outside pyramid, it was raining that night, called him like 10 times at least no pick up, waited for 30min the gave up, and he dare me to buy his another on sales product here

As agreed in pm, decided to meet up at McD Bandar Sri Damansara @ 9.30pm for 1 Case for SGN2. Whatsapp-ed his number in PM.

Later in Whatsapp, buzz me again say his plan had changed and will be staying in KL till sunday (seriously got no idea, check with his previous sales thread, all COD locations in kepong/kl). Anyway zero doubt with it, he say he will be waiting another case's arrival which initially out of stock. Agreed with that as next batches case coming next day after.

Final confirmation of the day, 3 back case from buyer.

Buzz me again to ask for order status. Replied arrived.
This time requesting to meet at setapak, totally out of my COD ranges, disagreed and i suggested McD BSD (initial place to meet yesterday) and another place to meet in 2 different time range.

Later he replied he will contact me again as his otw to Genting Highlands.

29th October 2012
3 days later, received msg in whatsapp requesting to COD and i replied stocks totally emptied.
Asked ETA of next batch

1st November 2012
Asking for stocks arrival again and insisting to COD no matter any availability of either flips or back case.
Finally Supershield in stock, now he want another flip and from 3 back case to 1 back case.
Requesting to COD at Kota Damansara, far apart from my place. He suggested to meet at initial agreed place (McD BSD).

Didn't mentioned any confirmation time until 2.23pm, asking for immidiate COD, i suggested 4pm at Sierramas Roundabout as i'll be there and the place is nearest to Kota Damansara.

Zero replies again until 3.52pm, asking to meet at The Curve again.
I'm enough with it, tell him McD BSD (initial meeting point), now he say he don't know to go there from 1Utama. Great!

Buzz him few messages around, as usual. NO REPLY

6.43pm later buzz me again, asking for postage.

I know mod had clearly stated that dispute center is not the place to lodge complaint against ffker..but why keep ffker and irresponsible seller to remain active in tradezone without any action taken against them? It's not impossible for those with authority, such as mod to do smtg against those sellers right? at least gv them a tag to differentiate them from others so ppl will be more aware of them and so to prevent occurrence of unhappy trade in the future? Prevention is always better than cure, no? why we must wait till smtg had taken place then only action will be taken to amend it??

I won't tell me story here since it makes no difference when no action will be taken when no money is involved..but do understand that also apart from money, how about time loss? isn't time precious too??

-Suggest to meet @ 9PM that night on Caltex LDP. buyer requested to meet at Menjalara.

-Time was appointed to be @ 10PM.

-An Hour later, WhatsApp buyer that i shall be able to arrive @ 9.35-9.40pm

-Inquiry me that is SP application provided. After rounds of chatting, agrees to apply for him as he claims that he ruined tonnes of sp before.

-After loads of inquiring again, confirming purchasing of 2 items and replying that meeting me @ 9.40pm

-8.45pm, WhatsApp me that he thinks that he can't make it on appointed time.

-Negotiations been made and i rejected to meet @ 10.30pm-11.00pm as i had to be in Subang.

-Immidiate reply of buyer that he try to make it on time, if not he will tell me.

-9.21pm later, i WhatsApp again in confirming whether can buyer make it anot, no future replies.

-5 minutes later, still no intention of replying in whatsapp from buyer although status shown 'online'. Decided to make a call as to confirm whether meeting or not as my house was not in walking distance. had to drive 20 minutes there.

-Here's apart of conversation details:

Just want to highlight another FFK buyer:

Chain of Events:
1. I put up my post to sell my iPhone 4S
2. Buyer responded as serious buyer. Negotiated price.
3. Buyer agreed on price and ask for number and COD location and time.
4. I double-confirmed if he is buying and he says he is serious buyer. So I gave him number.
5. Agreed to meet at LRT Kelana Jaya at 6.30pm. Buyer says "okay see you this evening. got whatsapp? anything i whatsapp you".
6. I replied that I have whatsapp. I also realized buyer didn't give me his number. PM him a few times to reconfirm meeting and also to get his number but he MIA.
7. Nevertheless I turned up at Kelana Jaya LRT station @ 6.30pm. Weather was heavy rain and road totally jammed.
8. Buyer didn't turn up. Left a few PMs to let him know I am there and waiting.
9. No PM replies, no whatsapp, so I left.
10. 1 Day later still no sight, no sound. Also not logged in.

Really disappointed at this type of buyer. If got cold feet and dont want to buy, can just at least PM to let seller know. Doesn't cost anything. At least seller don't have to waste time, petrol, brave the weather and jam to meet.

Just ranting and hopefully this can help someone else who might deal with this guy again.

I ordered a set of SGP Ultra Crystal Dual screen protectors from eBay. After that I saw a bumper case I really liked (SGP Linear Ex Slim Metal) and decided to order it. As the case comes with screen and back protectors already, I decided to sell them as I wanted a crystal back protector for the rear aluminium and a matte one comes with the case.

I am a regular poster in the iPhone sub-forum and posted about this in the screen protector, casing, etc. thread there the day I bought the case (20th Dec 2012). This forumer PM-ed me about it and I told him that the case will take about 2 weeks to arrive from Korea with added delay because of the Christmas and New Year holidays. He said its ok, he can wait.

The case arrived on 3rd Jan 2013 and I immediately PM-ed him about it. I offered to slip the protectors into an envelope and send it off via regular post because I was going to PosLaju a motherboard to a buyer the next morning. He said he preferred COD so I agreed. I told him I was busy and I would inform him of a suitable day. On Friday (4th Jan 2013) I PM-ed him and suggested Sunday and asked which areas of PJ does he know because I wanted to meet at a petrol station. He suggested the Shell/Petronas along the Sprint Highway opposite Phileo Damansara. I told him the Shell has been closed for construction of the MRT and said to meet at Petronas at 3pm.

On Sunday around 2.40pm, I thought of going to the Dunkin Donuts there to wait and have a drink at the same time. As I was getting ready to go out, I texted him and he replied that he was in Shah Alam and to meet around 4 or 5pm. I had dinner plans that night which I told him about. He replied that he could bank-in to me and I post it like I suggested earlier or we meet around 7pm. As I wasn't sure where I would be eating dinner, I told him to bank-in to me and asked if Maybank was ok. He said Maybank is his preferred choice so I gave him the account I share with my mum. He said he will inform me once banked in.

That was on Sunday, yesterday on Monday I sent him an SMS and a PM asking if he has banked in and if he still wants the protectors. No reply even though he is online

Now I have to delay my purchase of a Lightning cable from another forumer as I have to find another buyer.
