Arranged to COD yesterday one the 3rd of October for the set at 9.30pm at Sunway there, arrived at 9.20 and waited.

9.30 I called and sms him but no reply at all. Phone was on but nobody picked up. I called for more than 10 times while waiting until 10.10PM but still no show.

Had no choice but to report for FFKing. Wasting my time and fuel driving all the way there for nothing.

Hope forummers here take note.

At least, please have the courtesy to inform the seller that you do not intend to buy the item anymore

I've faced FFK problem too.

I'm selling my Prada bag at Stuff for the ladies and this particular buyer seems to be very interested & super nice to me.  She promised to pay me RM250 as a deposit & will pay me again the remaining RM700 either on Saturday (15/06/13) or even Monday (17/06/13). 

Then, I agreed with the deal & allowed her to do so.  I did also asked for her mailing address & contact no as to enable me to prepare the packaging earlier.  She then provided all her mailing details.

Then, the transaction keep dragging as she has given me excuses as she was very sick during the weekend.  So, I was fine with it & she promised to pay on Monday nite.  She promised to me that she'll sms me once payment made.  I waited until 10pm still no reply from her, therefore, I just drop her a simple polite sms to her, out of my expectation, she switched off the phone.

I kept waiting again until the next morning, before I went to post office to post her package, I contacted her again.  From that moment onwards, she stop replying my sms nor all the PMs. 

I never force her to buy from me & what I need is just a confirmation status from her whether she's still interested in my item.  I dare not sell to others as we already closed the deal. How could she be so irresponsible since she's some head of department in a big IT related company in Malaysia.  I even sms her by telling her that it's totally fine for me if she's no longer interested to buy.  I just need her to reply as I don't intend to have nay misunderstanding in future as she turns back and accusing me for not reserving the bag for her!!!! 

I SERIOUSLY NEEDS OPINIONS FROM YOU GUYS AS I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!

FFK Case Again...

really wasting my time...
helping SG friend buy Fullset Rig,

already pay rm200 for reserved....
before 9/8/13 ask seller COD, seller said exam nearby no time, then say make cod 11/8/13.... when 10/8/13 sms seller, seller said tomorrow 5-6pm cod....

when 11/8/13 7.30am seller called me said hard disk got plenty data haven finish copy, then im saying that nvm u can take hard disk 1st.. others give to me 1st...
seller said ok....

2 hours later, seller sms said graphic card suddenly spoil.. said need refer back reseller, then i say nvm i take your rig without VGA CARD AND HDD 1st... seller say prefer sell full rig... WTF...

then 4 hours later saw his threat reopen, and price increasing RM200...

my friend coming back from SG today and cant get his rig because of this seller FFk.... since u wan sell, when ppl already deposit, but u FFK...

Hi dannygoh, now wanna kick up a big fuss here?

Firstly, it was a strictly first come first serve case. I've had dozens of people give verbal agreement to buy but never pay in the end. I never whine about it. Someone paid earlier, plain and simple.
2ndly, out of goodwill, I even offered to sell you the next batch with a slight discount. Do you know that I can easily sell my units at a higher price? But you don't appreciate the gesture and make an even bigger fuss.
3rdly, I never promised to sell it to you. You just assumed it yourself.
4thly, Don't you think you are being immature by blocking me and throwing a tantrum here?

I don't have anything to hide regarding my trade practices, so I'm replying to your grouses in the open. If you want to blame anyone, don't blame me but blame all the 1000s of buyers who FFK sellers on a daily basis. What you experienced is less than 1% of the things I endure as a seller.
Just to make things clear for everyone here, I did not receive any payment from him, others already banked in and paid earlier, so first pay first serve. No 'chop chop' unless payment was already paid. I believe that's only fair.

1. any intention of canceling the deal being made beforehand? nothing until this blacklist is out.

2. u personally called me a few times, sms-ed me a few times? everything was after this blacklist done. i'm valuing u as a customer, u value my service as shit.

3. i do not hard sell anything here. "send me banking details, will straight bank in", in case u do not what this mean, u can ask forumer here to rephrase yr sentence to u.

4. 'you give out your banking details doesn't mean customer or person inquiring must bank in' takes so hard for u to give a single reply on 'sorry i found another deal', 'sorry my nexus had been delayed'. typical reasons

5. and it's nothing up here, you're online everyday, so hard for u to fullfill above 1,3,4 ?
