Rm600k+… But have been listing to sell the past 2 years+…. No buyer…not even appointment to view the unit. Market value so high but no market to sell… Got another cheaper 1k sqft condo in outskirt KV… Want to sell rm290-300k oso krik krik totally no prospect come view… Try to rent out… oso almost 7-8 months kosong no viewer come view. A higher class condo beside her apartment previously selling rm550-650k 1300-1500sqft owner oso buang harga to rent out.
