QUOTE(ayanami_tard @ May 25 2023, 12:48 PM) they who? if you can point out any strawman here I belanja you makanwhat discount? the hell youre talking about? what does this thing have any bearings to the fact that countries are dumping/in the process of dumping their mirage 2000s stocks? strawmanship one liners will not get you anywhere or with any info unless you're just asking for the sake of getting heard haiz then I say more clearly: Taiwan is probably bitching and moaning about their Mirage 2000s simply cause they want to get more advanced aircraft, preferably at discount prices realistically they have nothing to complain about their Mirages, it's not like they have very many aircraft to start with. and the -5 Mirages aren't bad aircraft at all. not all countries are "dumping" their Mirage 2000s, it depends on many factors including politics, funding, availability. ![]() |

QUOTE(KLthinker91 @ May 25 2023, 03:30 AM) there are political aspects Taiwan should ideally be flying anything with a wing, but they are pushing for more discounted jets Qatar is buying allies QUOTE(KLthinker91 @ May 25 2023, 07:56 AM) QUOTE(KLthinker91 @ May 25 2023, 12:32 PM) QUOTE(KLthinker91 @ May 25 2023, 02:45 PM) if you can point out any strawman here I belanja you makan thc overdose.haiz then I say more clearly: Taiwan is probably bitching and moaning about their Mirage 2000s simply cause they want to get more advanced aircraft, preferably at discount prices realistically they have nothing to complain about their Mirages, it's not like they have very many aircraft to start with. and the -5 Mirages aren't bad aircraft at all. not all countries are "dumping" their Mirage 2000s, it depends on many factors including politics, funding, availability. QUOTE(ayanami_tard @ May 25 2023, 04:07 PM) ^ Taiwan is in this situation, they are just in denial about itUAE and Qatar can easily afford better aircraft because they're stinking rich Brazil bought a small number of Mirage 2000Cs as a stopgap, it is an older model France is always in the process of Rafale-ising their Air Force, if they can get Ukraine to pay for it it's a win-win situation for both sides |

Taiwan prosperity itself is a courtesy of US of A by giving Taiwanese a preferential market access as well as licencing of US high tech IP. |
