Tell that to the Israeli "city boys" soldiers. Not even the "manly" Arab or Iranian soldiers want to cross them. Or the "pokemon" Japanese forces.
Jokes aside, the majority of Sg forces are NUS/NTU/SMU etc. degree holders or soon to be degree holders - be they regular forces or NS active or reserve forces.
We are talking about world class educational institutions.
Pound for pound they are the smartest armed forces in the world apart from the Israelis.
I will leave it 2 you to think about the implications on the 21st century battlefield.
See what Sg has achieved thus far with no resources...and you want to test them militarily.

Resembles an ATACMs missile too though it is more likely PRSM missile which is the successor to ATACMs. Both missiles will be in used by users for quite some time though. They are short range precision ballistic missiles.

How the gigantic short range ballistic missile strikes moving targets is via a combination and coordination of sensor nodes (something Sg has invested a lot in i.e. network centric warfare)

^ Simultaneous firing of Aster missiles from RSS Stalwart, a Formidable class frigate, at Rimpac 2024.
Asters are meant for saturation attacks.
With the advent of the MRCV, Sg will have at least 12 frigates and heavy frigates/destroyers with large/theatre maritime air area defence (Aster 30 Blk 1 NT has a range bubble of >150km).
Useful for FPDA or joint ASEAN naval task force in case of emergencies.
^Nice video footage of a Formidable class ship aka "pocket" destroyer

Sgs foresight on this new front led to the creation of a 4th SAF service namely the Digital and Information Service (D.I.S) alongside the army, air force and navy.
