zellleonhart: received a call from TM ... Confirmed that the promo price is PERMANENT even after 24 months contract ends. .... asked 2 different livechat CS agents, both said it's permanent. The T&C and FAQ documents never mentioned that you will fall back to original price after 24 months.

I'm still tied to contract, so no freedom to lateral switch to same speed but lesser price.

If you are not contracted, you should be able to. But watch out if you instead have existing tv pack contract.

- fibre
- tv pack
- add-ons (like my additional deco mesh purchases)

U try ask cs, as far as i know only ppl that bounded by contract can only upgrade but no downgrade. Free man can always change package if the package is offered cuz they always like to bind u another 2 years.

additionally there’s ultimate pack promo going on. for 300Mbps plan and above apparently you can get ultimate for free.
in my Unifi account there’s a menu saying i can upgrade to ultimate pack and price shows rm0.

those guys who got the SWU program 300Mbps and above and removed TV/phone, see if you guys are eligible to add on Ultimate for free as per the TnC. caveat is renew 24 months contract.

if my understanding is correct, if you’re on 300Mb and above plan with a tv plan, be it ruby/aneka/varnam, you should be eligible.

log into your Unifi account > view service and under your TV plan there should be an “upgrade to ultimate” link, clicking that mine shows rm0 to upgrade.

Hi, may I know how u got this package in 1st place? I am currently on RM129 per month 100mbps package ( Extra Exclusive Promo), but due to TM implementing private IP for 100mbps user and below I find the need to upgrade to 300mps, even though I have no need for such speed.. I am not interested in their current offering coz I just upgraded my own router to WIFI 6(because their stock router sucks), and I don't really need those TV packages as I am the only user of this Unifi..
