Hi everyone, I have upgrade my Unifi to 300mbps, the technician came to my house and change a new modem called FibreHome and a new ONU Nokia g-240g-e... But now I cannot use back my own TPLink TX50, the internet light is always on yellow status, try reset also same, anyone can help?

How to solve this problem ya?

There are two methods

1. Call or livechat to find out your ppooe ID/password

or

2. go into the router settings to see the ID/Password pppoe.

My house is using 2x TP-Link M4 mesh provided by TM when upgrading to 300 Mbps. Now I'm renovating the house and need your advise.

My plan is to used the ethernet backhaul for both mesh to fully utilize 300Mbps. But now where should the mesh is recommended to place? Should they mounted higher place or just placed on regular table/shelf?

my friend request reset password and received password in sms ..he used to setup new router ...after setup can connect to internet ..after that he change back to old router ...it's also can connect to internet ...
wonder his unifi account are same password b4 and after reset ?

For my case, I got connected only after I changed the password given from TM.

TM also mentioned that my connection will drop immediately after receiving the new password, but I didn't realize that because I had disconnected before they sent me the new password.

My 30Mbps becomes 120Mbps (Sometimes 150Mbps).
I don't even plan to upgrade at all.

Unifi finally set an appointment for installation this Sunday. MNP from Maxshit. Tired of bullcrap from Maxis, giving 6 months free to new MNP from Unifi but cant reward loyal user. Registered for 100Mbps and hopefully will get speed upgrade for free or good deal for 500Mbps after 2 years.
