Just curious, does anyone really use the unifi rewards ; like tealive voucher, lotus voucher, or bill rebate ?
Or just ignore or didnt know they exist ? |

Offset against Unifi bill. Can claim quite big amounts of you never claim before. Getting terrible lag on website loading and Telegram on Unifi Lite Streamyx for past few weeks each day around 10pm onwards to possibly morning . Bandwidth test shows sufficient but even Google result page takes horrible time to load. This normal? What can I mentioned to the CS during complaint? As usual I anticipate their SOP, send screenshot of bandwidth test, ping test etc. Any use submitting these?

Ayam bought this from Ookas at RM216 due to Lazada 10th promo and came today. Damn fast weii!! Speed can get from 180 to 200 Mbps on 2nd floor with 5Ghz connection. Finally, can throw Unifi DIR-842 stock router into the trash bin.

Call no, not possible. SWU300mbps + ultimate pack + free calls is RM179, that's the offer i got but i declined. Took SWU300mbps + no TV + free calls is RM129. |

Current plan, RM129 per month + 100mbps + free calls + unifi tv + iqiyi + No contract Went to tmpoint tasek ipoh asked for swu 300mbps, Double confirmed with the staff said it is available but only internet. NO FREE CALLS. So I postponed the upgrade then until I get free calls from the swu 300mbps. Quite strange...You all get FREE calls but I don't.
