TM only using vlan 500 and each 1G sharing the same public WAN IP.

Received another call from TM Unifi agent.

Confirming for 1Gbps/500Mbps.
Contract renewed to another 24mth.
Pre-existing Plus TV box is maintained, not getting a new replacement.
Ultimate TV pack, I asked to resubscribe with full entitlement given (TLDR; TM changed the entitlement few times over the past 1yr and I lose access to what were previously-entitled-to--then-removed-then-reinstated-only-for-new-sign-ups)
Pre-existing Deco M9 Plus is maintained.
Additional add-ons are maintained on their own contracts.
Additional TV app subscription chosen to maintain.
Since I am moving from a mesh-bundled package to another mesh-bundled package, no penalty will be incurred.
Installation may be up to 2hrs, on a random appointment basis, but can choose weekday or weekend.

Confirmed single port can hit 1gbps up and down. (This one is Tester use old onu to run)

I just hope TM provide free 1gbps upgrade for current 800mbps,then enough. 
2gbps not really useful, especially need to change this change that.

Anyone here encounter before the 5G wifi connection suddenly missing?

We normally have 2.4G and 5G connection for unifi. But all of a sudden, the 5G is missing and all of my devices cant connect to it anymore. Currently surviving by connecting to the 2.4G.

Any idea what happen and how to fix it?

pm rizvan since i saw that he was able to get the full 2gpbps.

so far TM only limit at Hardware Version OMCI Info, not all ONU can be use, only valid Hardware Version that TM set that TM supplied across Malaysia.

I have test several OMCI Info, except, Nokia OLT must avoid using Nokia OMCI Info, it can cause OLT lock your PLOAM Password.

For TRUE Universal ONU, TM should not limit ONU device, allow any compatible Universal ONU...

Thing is, Universal OLT is expansive, and expansive license like Nokia OLT accept other brand ONU, this might the reason OLT only look for Hardware Version OMCI Info.

One more thing, at Kampung Area like Terengganu, Kelantan, TM using cheap china OLT like "fiberhome" brand (FHTT), this one you really need fully cloned OMCI Info, FHTT have tendancy to reject non china ONU like Nokia even reject Huawei. In my experience, FHTT very troublesome to deal with, even RX power -20dBm considered failed!

Only 1 ip address even it is load balancing.

yeah lucky i don't use call function and don't really care abt public IP using for normal service only...but after end jun I'm going to change to digi/celcom. Much cheaper when bundled with postpaid.

went to tmpoint today after my contract end 3 days ago

My current plan is 500Mbps Ultimate Pack RM 249

they offer me :

maintain speed with RM 179 monthly + 2 years
downgrade speed to 300Mbps RM 129 with free 6 month bill + 2 years

i decline both and ask for upgrade

got 800Mbps speed with current 500Mbps price and maintain all add on.

no overthinking, just say YES... at least for my rural place got only TM and MAXIS
