yes, my dad. After a few good washing of TM chat and call staff I escalated kao kao. they refused to honor RM89 for 100mbps. gave my dad RM69 for 30mbps for 12 mths, next 12 mths RM89 also on 30mbps.

TM technician keep insisting that anything on our roof they won't do even thought the landing point of the fiber from pole to house is on the roof.
They came, just say won't do but will close my case with internal wiring as the reason, a few cases already, anybody encounter this?

Initially my unifi 300mbps bill was discounted up to RM75 due to an error in the TM system.
