Surrounding places quite ong, many young cheraskia like to hangout outside the Leisure Mall shoplots.

Saw many international school students around too in this part of Cheras area. They looks like secondary school students with uniform. Where the nearest international school around here?

Anyone know is there any new project coming up on the piece of land that just right to MRT Taman mutiara exit B ? (Beside Le Tian steamboat). Saw that it has been barriered

Will this be a good capital appreciation investment?
Price point and area imo is pretty alright except peak
hour traffic.

How about the developer, Perhaps inside news about its credibility?
Banker informed loan good to go.

developer is so far so good as previous projects are able to complete in time but nothing to shout about. Appreciation won't be much as price is quite peak at that area. Rent is can rent but expect to cover some.

New shoplots beside maxim risen looks nice and sleek.

Many agents start to pushing this MR not many leftover units. Single room unit fully sold out. Sale good?

seems like the walking distance to Mutiara MRT is roughly 1.2km... am I wrong?
