Dont blame agents, all the type A taken by developer before launching, developer planning to hold the units and resell again with higher price.

They use the lower price to lure customer in first place but sell type B and C during launching.

Cheaper, easy to cover rental and resell.
Especially for those who own more than two property can loan up to 70% only.

I visited their showroom and guess what , more than 70% are old auntie uncle. You know what happen already, most of them are big landlord. 🤣
