stupid developer and agents. All do false advertising. Cheap units all dont have. u go and they will ask you to buy the more expensive type

per sqft wise is couldnt even be considered cheap or anything near cheap.

The cheapest smallest units had been taken up before opening to public.

So what's the psf in your case?

if all taken up then shouldnt have advertise lowest price. the lowest price dont even exist or made available to buyers.

most if not all agents out there are a bunch of dishonest and unprofessional crooks

1k units per tower yet only 6 lift is crazy. even pr1ma alam damai 1k unit got 8 lifts.

In fact, the brochure l received did not have the smallest units.
Have to ask them to dig then only they provide.
Perhaps they were "hired" to sell those bigger units.

total lift are 12 ma
1 tower only 500-600 units ma.
