The elevated track alignment is even closer to EKC block E.
The sound of MRT train is not the main concern as it is not frequent. But the ever busy Jln Ceras noise generated by vehicles that ramp and speed is the main thing.

u can expect train frequency around 6-10min until midnight plus some track maintenance work once every few weeks after midnight
Yes it is one of the most jam road all the way from loke yew to kajang

Better check with Maxim Residence's buyers before commit this. From finishing works, developer handover, agm & form JMB issue.

Every 6 min noise vs every few secs vehicle noise of 24/7 is relatively less significant.
If one can tolerate vehicle noise, it is easier to for him/her to get used to MRT noise here.

Not all cheap project will be good. It is cheap for reasons. This developer, I heard too many stories on all their previous projects and how the owners suffer now and gave up or cut loss on thier props. Anyway, no risk no reward. I do hope this proj can change the image of this developer.

or should say the traffic noise is consistently, means both noise add up together, it is the cost buyer has to bear to live near mrt for convenient

Can live within no need go out far away. 🙌

Good Foods Hotpot, daichao, kopitiam around sibeh plenty.🍜🍛🍣🍲🍔

Clubbing entertainment cinema also very chun.🍷🍾🍻💦

Shopping groceries, Wednesday connaught pasar malam also no problem.🦀🦞🦑🍢🍧

School University also all nearby. 🏫⛲

Office towers, shoplots, banks also available. 🏬🏢🏪🏦

Be careful and better think twice before placing your booking fees for this project. I am one of the buyers who booked and canceled one of the units 4 months ago. I still have yet to receive my refunds up to this date. Trying to get an update from the sales agent but he just keeps stalling on the promised deadlines.
