should be those walk up apts near to the new project that going to complete, Mutiara Sentral ..

didn't see any sign yet. if that is the case, should be between Mutiara Sentral and this Risen project.

Is some time since I went to Cheras. Lost touch with development there.

Those redevelop going to be sandwich along double storey landed, not the one next to Mutiara

Quite some distance to the mrt station but should be okay for pedestrians.

The location shall be somewhat related to this ...
Not sure if the latest building planning is still similar...
