btw wut olive/fish oil brand do you guys recommend?
and I usually eat chicken drumstick rather than chicken breast. That's not a big issue right?

Thanks so much for the quick reply guys! Will try to learn how to cook some stuff haha. But it would be pretty ridiculous to carry food in a big bag all around college/work

i whack 2 caps of fish oil b4 workout. seriously, you will feel as though your joints are invincible. haha! after workout, you will be burping fish out.

Guys since u all have supplements and stuff, im new here and my aim is to build up a beach body, toned up. Im about 60kg and 173cm tall.. just want to ask what kind of supplements i should take? i am currently taking vitamin Ex2 daily, bio zinc which has zinc and vitamin A once a day, proflavanolx2 and poly C x1 daily... (mum just told me to take it) i think its both vitamin C

must whey be taken 10 mins after creatine? where did you find that from? as far as i know creatine is a pre-workout supplement and whey protein is a post-workout supplement
