what flavour u having? normally it's got milky taste... if you buy powdered milk also u tambah air only lah...
btw, tambah air and tambah milk has different purpose.

btw, referring to King 83's post, yes! you are right. protein if mixed with milk is to be consumed if your bulking but if you mix with water is for cutting. calories damn alot of difference.

Not really. Adding milk to whey slows down the absorption rate. So for me I only add water to it usually, and drink milk at a different time.

yeah, actually i was referring to yeeck's post.
Milk slows down absorbtion.... you add water when u want it absorbed faster.
So you don't wanna add milk for post. you add milk to last longer when u sleep (prebed shake).
This is also the same reason why we say whey =/= Milk. Taking milk as an alternative for post is a bad idea.

lol, izzit? the only reason i dont add milk is because of the vast calorie difference. twice the calories i think.

If you're taking a weight gainer, sugar is better than condensed milk since the latter contains palm oil fat anyway.
I'd vote honey. Or if you can afford it, Splenda (buy online)
