buat cardio....jalan 30min sehari dan pakai beg berat...pakai kasut sesuai

Dont maim sit-up exercise .sit-up workout da banned in US Western country It will hurt yr spine nerve when otot inflammation
Sit-up tada train 6pack ,u train psoas major muscle . itu otot spine sambong→otot kaki, nanti sakit ,putus

6 packs get by cutting down to <10% bodyfat. NOT with abs training.
Make sure eat 4800mg Potassium/day and consume 4000mg salt/day. Potato is high potassium food.
