 masalah "cramp", kaedah yang sesuai nak hilangkan masalah

Salam semua......

ada tak forumer yang mengalami masalah macamni.....selalu cramp....terutama pada bahagian perut....kalau buat sit-up sampai failure ja.....mmg tak lepas set ke 2....kalau buat strength pun sama akan cramp.....benda ni akan mengganggu motivasi kita nak buat latihan....mengeliat pun boleh cramp.....ada tak pakar-pakar dalam ni yang boleh bagi cadangan atau idea bernas dan betul-betul boleh menyelesaikan masalah selain cerita pasal air kurang dan kurang garam dalam badan....

buat cardio....jalan 30min sehari dan pakai beg berat...pakai kasut sesuai

akan hilangkan cramp eh?apa reason dia kalau buat macam ni.........so far kalau jalan biasa pun cramp calf kalau jalan laju-laju........kayuh basikal pun cramp......tataunama pun penah alami benda macam ni eh?

Lack of certain mineral i believed. Probably calcium.

Dont maim sit-up exercise .sit-up workout da banned in US Western country
It will hurt yr spine nerve when otot inflammation

Sit-up tada train 6pack ,u train psoas major muscle . itu otot spine sambong→otot kaki, nanti sakit ,putus

6 packs get by cutting down to <10% bodyfat.
NOT with abs training.

Make sure eat 4800mg Potassium/day and consume 4000mg salt/day.
Potato is high potassium food.

Tak sampai beralun alun....tapi memang akan stop terusla dari buat latihan lain bila dah start cramp dekat perut.....
