Drink milk i guess. I also just recently drink a glass of milk before sleep bcoz before this always badan sakit when waking up. Now ada kurang skit

but 100plus is good enough
try that if less cramp then the cause is ur body lack of minerals

or can be you exercise too fast or too much
try lower your reps and do them probably slow start where u dont get cramp then slowly build up
