I'm wondering, during what time only the photocopy center on Block C south wing will be less crowded.......

Everytime I have to wait up to 1 hour just to get my notes......

@chungdavi

leave your notes there and say you will come back later for it.

go super early as in the moment they open the door? but i dont think they are punctual every morning.

the one near secret recipe also quite cheap. at least cheaper than block A

I went to the photocopy center on 11am like that this morning.......surprisingly, only a few people there......
Get my notes within minutes.......compared to usually 1 hour....... ohmy.gif

The photocopy fees on Block C here isn't really cheap though.......photocopy shop outside would be cheaper....
But I understand that though, since you have to pay more for convenience.......

The reason I have to go photocopy center is because the hard copy is there.....
If I photocopy outside.....without hard copy I can only print using printer.......much more expensive........ sad.gif

ya.. i went through the interview d...
n i passed d interview n chemistry test....
actually, they ask me to wait their letter so that u can know whether they accept u or not...
but i call to the office n ask d course administrator....

bout chemistry test, i was so shock bout d question.
i though they will give question bout physical or inorganic chemistry instead organic chemistry...
but i was wrong. they include organic chemistry. they give some drug with their chemical structure n want u to identify d functional group.
then they want to identify whether two given drug is alkaline or acidic or neutral..
then they give some chemical compound n want u to identify which compound is more acidic...
that's all i remember...answer all question within 15 minutes.
overall the question not tough after all.

tips: dare to speak during interview. do some homework about pharmacy. maybe u go through www.pharmacy.gov.my to know more.
if u decided want to go for interview, pm me. i might can tell u d whole process from test till d end of interview roughly.

tq.
no, i din ask. who will care d mark as long as they give u a place.
bout d test, just try. basically, wont be so tough.
i think they do care ur performance during interview.
they did tell me that they want to c whether a candidate can express urself or not.
if u cant, then during 4th year, u cant do well in ur clinical work.
so dare to speak. speak with confident.

@patricktiew

details are good but too much details just beat the purpose of the test.

@angie89
the chemistry is just pass/fail. you dont get to know the marks. if you cant pass the test at first attempt, your foundation in chemistry is not strong enough to survive the first semester. inorganic chemistry is not even a subject during first semester. so dont bother to revise on that.

as long as you can express your opinion well and by that i dont mean you should dominate the whole interview by talking for 5 minutes trying to impress the interviewer for each Q while others just talk about 2-3 mins.

the purpose of the interview is for you to clear any doubts you have about the course or the career, making sure that you are not being forced by your parents to take up pharmacy and lastly, to give you a rough idea of what is ahead for you

hmm, not sure bout pharm interview, but the medicine interview was ok, practically you just have to answer whatever they are asking, eg why medicine etc. =) The panel is friendly though, but be ready to be challenged by some of their questions. A lil advice on interviews, don memorize anything. =) hope that helps. ^^
