QUOTE(zstan @ Jul 16 2011, 12:23 AM) The course is probably full already but you can try your luck. Don't have too high hopes though. How can you even forget such an important date in the first place??! FULL? wow couldn't believe it! hah i wasn't forgetting the date...i've been searching through the websites but none shows the actual date for intake...just most unis have 2intakes per year(sept and feb, for mbbs)...so i presumed ucsi is also the same...plus i am now serving the government (primary school teacher -gstt) its hard for me to resign immediately...so thats the case complicated huh? well...will stop by ucsi this afternoon i guess...try my luck...otherwise i might have to aim for manipal d...don't really want to go india...haih

If you are unsure best is to consult students studying there to get more "real" information. Don't ever rely on those marketing people.

QUOTE(Icehart @ Feb 16 2011, 11:10 PM) I'm in Year 2 before leaving UCSI so I can have a fair share of my experience in this level. I've taken a total of 16 subjects and have handled more than a dozen of assignments. I'm not sure whether we're at the same faculty, but I must say that student that speaks good (basic level) does not necessarily equal to well written English. Every time there's an assignment due, I have to become the editor and edit the statements one by one. Also, plagiarism is very high, that is pasting something without credits to the original author. Not sure how they can pass previous assignments with flying colors, but if that is the standard we're talking about, then in no way is it a good English. Above is a photo taken outside FOMIT office in the morning. So now I've included proof to my post. Hey, I just saw this post now. I have been dealing with plagiarism since the Foundation and until now, in my last semester in USCI, I still have to deal with people plagiarizing. I had become the editor of all of the assignments, as like you, editing the whole assignment before submitting it. That's the only way I can get good marks on all my assignments. /shrugs. Btw, I said there are students with a fair grasp of English. I did not say "all of them". Before over-analyzing my statement, please read it carefully.
