Definitely have MBA. Told me if you want to climb corporate ladder in our industry you need MBA to go into management.

Salary don't know leh. I dont ask my superior salary

guestimate? reason I ask is cos if say with an MBA the new cap is 30K rm pm, then u can consider getting an MBA...

but if your boss, whom you said have an MBA, is only getting paid 10K rm pm, then ..... 

It's not guru as I didn't pay them anything and they provided their life journey for free.

There are good employers. But don't expect that in Malaysia. Lol.

I know Costco is one one them. They pay you higher wage than the minimum wage. They cover your kids education, you healthcare.

Another one is ODFL. Both of them have the lowest turnover rate in the industry. When you treat people nicely, people won't leave.

That's why I invest into 2 of them.

Once one of my director told me off bys aying we are not frontliner don't expect pay as those running the operation

Jumped to another co, huge payrise, boss got me extra from what HR offered, made my life easy for all my travel and mobile allowance (no need receipt) and ensure I got my bonus even just joined for few months

And it is in Malaysia

No perfect company, but only you have yourself to blame to not look out for better one

But it is just too naive to say no good company in Malaysia because 2 of my companies worked for sucks :grin:

Thank you for contributing the country. As ASSI said the more you earn the more income tax you pay. I want to be unemployed so I do not need to pay tax to the govt.

After seeing the way govt treat the M40 and T20 with so much tax and increase cost of living sorry la.

Despite paying more tax than you in my working years I also get to enjoy it when I am FIRED now (hospital, petrol, TNB)

I got no sifu for job. I just take what is available for me. I got lots of sifu for investing which helps a lot. If not for my investing sifus I won't be here today.

So many people don't believe me, look down on me, don't care la. As Chinese saying (I think) as long as you know you are honest and do the right thing and do no harm, don't care.
