Price wise RM560 persqft is kinda good entry with regards to Secoya / Inwood which is current RM800++ per sqft.
Location kinda good. Probably for a person like me staying in OKR for many years.
My concern is on the Pantai Sentral Park. The project seems stagnant. They announced the mega project in 2016 but was not made public.
Secoya / Inwood was phase 1/2. Phase 3,4,5 etc not seen anything yet despite Secoya VPed in 2019.
The SA said Pantai Sentral Park will be completed in 2030. Which honestly i doubted. If you see their masterplan in their website, still a long way to go.
I noticed they try to sell Nestree using Pantai Sentral Park, which i see uncertainty.
I drove passed the site after i view the showroom. I don't see any progress except their beautiful ICE gallery.
After 2 days of consideration, I guess I will pass unless i find something new to justify.
That's my 2cent. I maybe wrong. Correct me if I am wrong.
