Hi there, anyone booked a unit at nestree residence?. Is there a pre-SPA document that purchasers need to sign? Do advice.

Also, to add on, the developer does not have APDL license yet for this project.

Hi there, So the project been launched as heard the developer havent get APDL yet for this project. Any idea?. Also anyone booked a unit? What is the take up rate so far?

Hi guys, i went to the sales gallery and agree that this project is good but there are some concerns that all potential buyers should look into:
1.The project is near the sewerage treatment plan
2.There are 2 muslim cemeteries (One infront, near to secoya residence and another near bukit gasing hill)
3.The cheapest unit is 1050sqft which is a dual key unit (Dual key concept is not that popular in malaysia, and future there might be issue in selling).
4.The affordable housing (Rumah WIP) which is Residensi Alamanda is quite beside

Appreciate your feedback on this, what are your thoughts?.
