You mean The Nest? Nest 2 still under construction right, and different la, price totally different, if not mistaken Nest2 launch 400k++, Nest3 all put 580k, actually all their units start at 600k ++ almost 700k++.

Sorry typo. Nest1. My concern is not pricing. But the final product results..

I saw a review saying that their actual facade after construction is different from artist impression. That’s a given. But it looked quite cheap and not aesthetically pleasing. I spoke to my agent about my concerns and he’s somewhat assured me that developers have taken feedback from the first ever property (The Nest) regarding all of this (also parking was a nightmare in The Nest) and are gonna make the necessary improvements. I won’t put too high of an expectation though I really hope the facade will be nice because I fell in love with how it looked like, but I’m just bearing in mind that there’s many other push factors that I’m also considering, making this property very suitable as my first home.

Final price RM606k. I picked a higher floor with side by side parking.

Check with agent alr no speed ramp, cause parking only 7floor, basement B1 & B2 is for visitors....
