Tbh, the project location is considered okay since it’s just 5 mins driving distance to Nexus/The Sphere/Vertical Tower (Inner Bangsar South). Wouldn’t says it’s a really prime location but provided with the entry price of 550/psf, can be considered for investment since it’s just in front of Pantai Sentral Park development. Understand that the whole PSP development will be taking time probably in another 10 or 10++ years but I would says it’s good for investment anyway .What about the developer, is it good?
Developer and main con is Nestcity. They have done some projects including The Nest, Nest 2(still under construction), and some of the Exsim project (Nidoz & Petalz)
