Tbh, the project location is considered okay since it’s just 5 mins driving distance to Nexus/The Sphere/Vertical Tower (Inner Bangsar South). Wouldn’t says it’s a really prime location but provided with the entry price of 550/psf, can be considered for investment since it’s just in front of Pantai Sentral Park development. Understand that the whole PSP development will be taking time probably in another 10 or 10++ years but I would says it’s good for investment anyway .

Developer and main con is Nestcity. They have done some projects including The Nest, Nest 2(still under construction), and some of the Exsim project (Nidoz & Petalz)

Hi, as a sales advisor I’d probably recommend you to go for the site visit first, you’ll be able to have a better picture of it. So far there’s been 50% of the total units had been sold out. Pricing wise will have amendments starting from 1st of April as it’ll be officially launching.

Surrounding area will be empty at the moment as the PSP development will take times to fully constructed. It’s a close concealed Indah Water so there won’t be smell like Taman Desa. Probably you can drop me a message or WhatsApp to see a better picture.

Hi James, yes the project has yet to obtain the APDL but as far as we know it should be able to obtain by this month provided there’s no delay anymore.

The take up rate so far is around 60% of the total units had been booked.

Hi there, perhaps you can look at the other way round where this project can offer for both own stay and investment as well.

Own stay - move in after renovation at 2026, stay there for 8-10 years and choose whether to rent out or sell it off (Depends on the situation by that time)

Investment - dual key concept is really a good choice for investment and with the upcoming development of Pantai Sentral Park, there’s definitely some potential for capital gain in the upcoming years

Yes, there’s quite a number of rumawip and low cost houses nearby as well.
Maybe you can have another point of view with the example of 8-10 years back where before Bangsar South & Mont Kiara is being fully developed. Both kampung kerinchi and segambut dalam being renamed to Bangsar South & Mont Kiara after developed. Of course I might sounds bias with this perspective but there’s definitely some facts
