Anyone went from pro to the mini line and regretted?

11 pro to 13 mini. Only regret is battery life. Else very happy with the size, exactly what i wanted.

At least 11 and 13 processor is a big difference. I wonder how it feels to go from 13 pro to 13 mini

i plan to get a mini in august after my plan expire. but umobile does not have the color i want. kinda mix feeling

Well its hardly noticeable.. just a little snappier, else really not much difference in performance. The Camera is a noticeable difference.

a little snappier means very fast from the 120hz rate?

Means apps load faster. Just slightly. 13 mini 60hz saja..

went from 13 pro 256 after one month use to 12 mini 128gb...very noticeable difference as same usage,13 pro i use for 1.5 days,now 12 mini only hold until 7pm,also camera of cos 13 pro better.

but i already expected that,decided against 13 mini as price diff not worth it,reason changing to mini since i need smaller phone.

yeah...i was using 12 mini but everytime i use it i feel the battery will go down...i had battery anxiety. the standby time is still ok but then switched to 12
but i miss mini actually...just don't really dare to go for it again if have battery anxiety problem again

the 2nd issue was the screen seemed more cramp than iphone se..weird.

Is there a battery limiter/charging protection feature on the current iOS? Quite concerned regarding overcharging, especially when the phone is unattended

This, but as you can see mine is already 96% health. Last few weeks it was 97% 😅

I moved from pro to non pro.

Really cannot tahan the phone weight. Gave the pro to my wife and got the normal 13. No regret. Battery life more or less the same but the weight and feel in my hand is better


Mini was an option but for me gamble la so decided the 13 instead

About 7 months. Im using more wireless charging, wonder if that is the cause of the faster battery wear. My 2 year old ip11 pro batt health is 96% when i sold it.

at first yes i was also afraid,but since i had access to power plug,i'm not worried at all,usually before go back home i will charge first until enough battery in case i planning to go out,but i do have powerbank kept in my bag although i dont remember when last time using it...i really like the mini size,how i wish android have equivalent size, kinda interested with zenfone 9 but price is too expensive,plus i never need that kind of power,i think if they put lower chip like snap 778 will be nough,can drive the price down.

anyway i'm coming from all time android user,last used iphone during 5 or 5s i dont remember, thinking of sticking thru this mini for a while,during using android i will keep changing phone every 6 months or 1 year although not a high end phone one...hope i can stick at least 1.5 years before changing unless this 12 mini battery health deteriorates faster than usual.

p/s i have spare android phone at home that i use for playing games or media consumption, so maybe if u have only one phone then your perspective may differ.

My iphone 12 was using optimized charging with a slow charger for a year. After 6 months at 100% it started to drop 1% per month. I don't think it is doing much.
Now with Iphone 13 the battery life is so good, I'm using a smart plug and automation routine to stop it at 85%, with a 18W charger. It drains over night and I wake up with 80+, then in my car I plug in again and by the time i reach office is 86-90%. Trying this routine for the next year and see if any difference in health. Not that it matters greatly.

Anyone else experience the app (random) which will randomly close and you go back to home screen? Is this a ghost touch issue or is it some bug that cause the app to be closed?

Was the app being updated by App Store in the background by any chance? Happened to me before & turns out, it is caused by the Automatic Updates.
