MidValley, that is Pets Wonderland... the price is super high, and the health is not that great.
Search the garage sales here.... you can find them cheaper but beware, some sell them too young. Best is to locate a good seller. If you constantly update yourself with glider info, then you'll be a good glider owner but prepare yourself with lots of knowledge, all the accessories and cage, seek advice and scout around for a joey. Be patient, the right joey would come to you for sure. |

Who &/or What the hell is "blue alien stitch & marsupalami ???????. Also is the plastic mesh people in Malaysia use a "rigid" type of plastic ??. We have rigid plastic mesh up here in about 3 or 4 "hole sizes " - I was thinking about using the rigid mesh but had thoughts about the gliders chewing holes in it & getting out - thought about using galvinised 1/2" mesh ( washed with vinegar or dilute acid bath before using though ). Yr thoughts please |

QUOTE(Taipan1 @ Oct 30 2007, 09:03 PM) Who &/or What the hell is "blue alien stitch & marsupalami ???????. Hmm... the mesh is quite hard and sturdy. Not soft mesh.... so far I don't think the glider would chew it. I saw the heavy duty kind before. I think it's called PVC mesh.... not soft like the nylon mesh on the ExoTerra Flexarium. Also is the plastic mesh people in Malaysia use a "rigid" type of plastic ??. Yr thoughts please Galvanized will rust.... unless you can get coated mesh.... so far I found the PVC wrapped galvanized mesh but if the PVC wrap is chewed off, it would rust too. QUOTE(alexchin @ Oct 30 2007, 09:04 PM) i agree with that. Wah, you DIY your cage? Post a pic lah.my cage also use ABS pipes and plastic netting. some more u can make the cage vy big tht u wan. i use a round 3 days to make a 1m X 0.6m X 0.5 m Added on October 30, 2007, 9:13 pmDoesn't this remind you of a glider a bit? To me it has a koala nose but the claws and face does look like a glider hahah. ![]() This post has been edited by crazymouse_yyh: Oct 30 2007, 09:13 PM |

Yep Hun the BAS face & claws do look like a suggie I will be converting the old store room into a cage . Thought about the whole room but problems with access to the drain so will convert half only ( animals cant get into the drain anyway ) size will be 4 to 5 ft L x 7 to 8 ft H x 30" W. The front & 2 sides are cement rendered bricks ( have cleaned & painted a month ago so paint should have cured by now ) & the front was going to be gal mesh but after your reply may be the rigid plastic mesh on a varnished timber frame. When done will post pic's |
