Hey guys, glider gathering yah..... heheheh.... I will be supplying glider treats. Look out for new products. I'm gonna introduce some new items for you guys to try out on your gliders.

I'm planning to have a small buffet table for our little suggies. Planning a list already.

GliderLICKERS
GliderYOGURTEES
GliderPROTEINBALLS
GliderBOOSTERS
GliderFRUITSICLES

If I have extra time, I'll bring along GliderCOOKIES

Also, a nice good old variety of fruits and mealworms.

The varieties are apparently very attractive to me, a buffet table is fantastic, looking forward to grab hold of your goodies, Hun..
I think you are no doubt a very creative person..

It is possible to get TV3... But I think it would be an extremely uncomfortable gathering loh...

Besides, I for one is camera shy... blush.gif tongue.gif

Haha... if you are camera shy and i probably will be even worst, you heard anything such as "crowd shy"? I don't like to be in crowds and supermarket or people groups is a place i seldom patronize.

I beg to differ, Reanne. Yes, fruits like those stated are acidic and MAY cause alittle stomach problems (this happens for humans also la). But you cannot neglect it for the other nutrients they bring ie. calcium, vit c. Not only that, i have been mixing oranges to my suger glider's diet and he seems to be alive and well. not only that, i noticed that the sour taste and smell attracts my suger glider and he feeds alittle better.

PS. Reptile exhibition. Rainforest, One u. Be there or be square.

I just give them mixed that i bought from reanne everyday! And different fruits everyday. Meaning to say, only one fruits per day (2-3 when im generous, and want them to have a variety, and if i see them dun eat much the day before), and diff fruits everyday. N he started eating mealworm like 5 - 6 per day.  notworthy.gif Koochee doesnt.  doh.gif But im not giving up hope on her. That's y i said Cheekoo is now getting fatter and fatter and almost as big as Koochee.

N I didnt even give the med taken from the vet yet. Its still in my fridge. Maybe one of these days. Becoz i have not yet read that soybean oil is safe nor bad for gliders. But since u and hun and also the vet said its ok and only the  protein is bad, so maybe one of these days.

I'm glad to hear that the mix you bought from Reanne boost your glider's health..
I think the issue about feeding soybean or soybean oil to gliders remain controversial.
I'm not so sure whether this soybean is good for gliders.. you need to check that out please, spel'it..
Yes, soybean is high in protein.. i'm not sure soybean protein is the same as mealworms protein...???
Is the vet you patronize trustworthy?
If it's trustworthy, then should be fine, don't worry..

Added on February 26, 2008, 9:46 pmReanne, i don't think you are showing off..NO!
I think you are a special with your gifts and your contribution to the forums and love for gliders is much appreciated..
Keep up..

Added on February 26, 2008, 9:59 pmmalowie, i have read thru your post..
I understand what you mean.
We all have our own views about orange, pineapple, kiwi..
I think we are just concern than orange has citric acid that may upset the gliders..
Thanks for sharing your view with us..

Added on February 26, 2008, 10:06 pmWhether kiwi, orange..has citric acid or ascorbic acid is not important.
If it is sour and given in large quantity, who can take it?
I'm sure we all know the right quantity to give..

Thread closing. Just to keep it nice, I cleaned up abit.

Misunderstandings.... but it is important to know that what can be given and what cannot be given lah. The debate with orange and pineapple, we can bring it forward to our new thread. I have also included a list of fruits and veggies.
